Women, Gender & Equality
We stand with women, girls, and vulnerable youth in the fight against gender-based violence (GBV). Through awareness campaigns, survivor support, mentorship, empowerment initiatives, and policy advocacy, we break down harmful structures, nurture women leaders, and build communities where equality thrives. RHD also trains and empowers youth, women, and PWDs to become active citizens—engaging in policymaking, holding leaders accountable, and shaping inclusive laws that reflect community needs. By uplifting half of society, we strengthen families, economies, and entire communities.
- GBV Awareness & Survivor Support
We run community-wide awareness campaigns to challenge harmful gender norms while providing safe spaces and psychosocial, legal, and medical support for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV). With donor backing, survivors reclaim their dignity, heal, and rebuild their lives, while communities learn to stand against violence and protect women and girls.
- Women’s Leadership & Mentorship Academy
RHD equips women and girls with mentorship, leadership, and advocacy training, nurturing the next generation of women leaders. We connect them with role models, resources, and networks, ensuring their voices influence policies and community decisions. Donor support helps break barriers to leadership for women in rural and marginalized regions.
- Youth & PWD Civic Engagement Hubs
We empower vulnerable youth and persons with disabilities (PWDs) through civic education, training, and advocacy platforms that promote active citizenship. These hubs provide the tools to engage in policymaking, demand accountability, and shape inclusive laws. With donor support, we amplify marginalized voices, making governance truly inclusive and representative.
